This is the title of a paper published in International Union of Crystallography Journal (IUCrJ) Volume 3| Part 4| July 2016. Eleven authors from Canada, France, India, Japan and USA wrote this paper. I am sure that no one except a true specialist may have any interest in reading this paper, except when it is explained in simple jargon free language.
