A US company sells Japanese Government BioshieldRadiation, an “anti radiation pill” not approved by US FDA

On June 1, 2011, Dr Ehrlich, the medical adviser of Premier Micronutrient Company sent me a message stating that the company secured orders worth $15 million for their anti-radiation pill from the Japanese Government. The Japanese Government is buying a product not approved for distribution in USA

It may be probably for distribution among the recovery workers at the FUKUSHIMA nuclear power plant.

Premier Micronutrient Corporation,1801 West End Avenue, Suite 910, Nashville, Tennessee 37203 markets BioshieldRadiation, which the company claims to be an anti-radiation pill.

On April 28, 2011 US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a warning letter to Premier Micronutrient Corporation (PMC) for a number of violations. FDA called Bioshield/Radiation as a fraudulent product.

US FDA warned the company that its “new drugs” may not be legally marketed in the US without prior approval from FDA.

The company’s claims are unsubstantiated and the protocol for consuming the pills arbitrary. I had protracted correspondence with Dr Ehrlich on the product. The company did not publish their findings in any peer reviewed journal

PMC now has started a blitzkrieg of advertisements.

You may access the relevant documents from the following sources:(These are now not available; the company’s web site is being redesigned!)
